The sleek surface of the dark brown stoneware is the perfect canvas for a tape resist technique. Inspired by Chicago’s Prairie Style stained glass, these unique pieces are designed and taped out by hand before glazing. Once removed, the taped lines allow the variety of glazes to play against the exposed clay body beneath.
